Overview
The P13 uses a six-channel XP600 printhead, which Procolored notes handles CMYK plus white in one head where a four-channel head would need a workaround. Minimum ink drop size is 4.5 pL for higher colour density and reduced blockage risk. It offers 12, 24 and 36-hour sleep-mode cleaning timers that the manufacturer states cut ink waste by 58%, a laser film-flatness detection system to stop the head scratching the film, and an upgraded waste ink bottle alarm.
